Does anyone know if you are sent back to the same reviewer once you are KO'd?

Yep always back to the same reviewer, which is unfortunate if you get a bad one.

I was not and am not too bummed about the KO, our agency said to expect one. I am very very very grateful that our case was reviewed so soon after entering PGN. So hopefully the reviewer will send us on our way. We did get 3 previos at that time, so I HOPE that our entire file was reviewed!

Yep - same reviewer each time...
That's good that you had 3 at once - it's a good sign indeed. I'm really worried, because we got a KO for one thing...of course I can only imagine it will be one in a line of many.
You have a good attitude - it'll help you through the long days of waiting. CB
