Help with dossier
Help with Guatamala adoption
Does someone know if the declaration of intent form in the dossier has to be filled out by the witness? If so, do you know why the witness needs to supply their social security number?

Does any one know the time frame of receiving original documents? We entered the US in Dallas and was told to send the G-884 there. It has been several months and still nothing.

It could be anywhere from 2-6 months, maybe longer. I think it depends on the case load at the time. I always forget exact dates for us, but I think I originally submitted last November, and it was sent back to me b/ they wanted the docs notarized, I resubmitted in December, and I think we got them in Aprilish. So about 4 months after our 2nd submit. I've heard other people get them sooner, some later. I'd say if you get nothing after 6 months, try to call, or refile.
