Alabama Readoption
In my county we don't have to retain an attorney to do this.
Question: There is a place for original birth certificate info, but her current "legal" birth certificate is the Guatemalan one with our names... our we sort of readopting her from ourselves? or do I put in info about her birthmother (it says "natural" mother there). I don't even think I have an official copy of her true original birth certificate (I think I have a faxed copy around from her referral time). D.
