Guatemalan son graduated from high school
 Proud mama posting pictures of her Guatemalan born son graduating from high school. He attended a local city college his last semester of high school and has been holding down a part time job. He plans to go there another 2 years before transfering to a 4 year college. This is a man with a plan! He came to be my son at 5 1/2 yrs old from a hogar in Guatemala together with his bio sister. Looking at your pictures & reading your post brought tears to my eyes. He sounds like a great young man and I can see how rightfully proud you are of him. Congratulations on being a wonderful mom and having such a "good kid". And congratulations to your son on accomplishing all that he has and all that he will.

Wow!! Congratulations to your son on his incredible accomplishment. He sounds very bright and motivated!! As I read your entry, tears came to my eyes as I thought of posting our sons' graduation pictures in 17 years. I'll bet the time went really fast!
