Those 3 magical letters
It has been a long time coming but I can finally post that I am out of PGN!
I had talked to my agency last Friday and they said I should hear something this week. My anxiety level was thru the roof today and I had actually made arrangements for a friend of mine to call PGN for me. I needed to know something! Well my friends was going to call after she went to lunch with her co-workers and then at 1130am I got a return call from my agency that I had just been released from PGN a few minutes before their call. They said it will be about 15 days for the Guatemala City birth certificate to be issued but they are pretty confidant that I will have my embassy appointment before July 1 when my fingerprints expire. Best wishes to all those still waiting.

The Hardest JourneyBegan process 1/06 for #2 accepted referral 3/06 visited that child 5/06 lost referral 7/06 waited... while trying to keep it together for our daughter and tell her that this will take a little longer than expected... but she WILL be a big sister (secretly thinking ... fertility meds... may be quicker) new referral 9/06-FINALLY  pa 12/06 enter PGN hole 2/23 waiting, waiting, waiting... 5 calls to PGN and still waiting 6-18-07 WE ARE OUT!cheer:  7-1-07 birth certificate! 7-17-07 passport!
