Try looking it up on Reviews of vacations, hotels, resorts, vacation and travel packages - TripAdvisor. People put in their reviews of hotels.
Can you believe our time had come to pick up our children? I am leaving next Wed. Appointment is Fri 5/11.
We are staying at La Casa Grande per our agency.
Good Luck!

That is where we stayed both pick up trips. it has one resturaunt, good food. Great room service. They have a pool, small, but nice. Really nice place. know where near the size of the Marriot, but that is what I liked. The first time we were there, there were 3 other adopting couples. This last time there was just us. There is a really nice place to eat right next door and accross the street. Close to a mall, and a lot of little shops with great items! Also close to a Mcdonalds and a little drug store. MoMo

We stayed there on our first visit trip. We stayed in a very nice roomy suite. We had our 4 kids with us and there was plenty of room for everyone. The pool is little but nice, it is very close to lots of good food. The restaurant at the hotel is good, the restaurant right outside of the hotel is awesome. We walked to the grocery store, it wasn't too far. All in all for the price it was great. Very clean and quiet. Have a great trip!

holiday inn

Hi, I stayed there with my 9 yr old daughter. We thought it was fine! Very safe. We had a terrace, which was nice for a breeze. (No ac when baby is in room.) We didn't spend much time in the hotel though, we were always out with our fm/ff.

We ate out in the better restuarants so I can't say much about the food at the Holiday Inn.

They didn't have a reg. crib; they sent up a play yard instead. It was fine for her and she slept well in it. I brought our own baby sheets and blankets though.

There is a fabulous steak restaurant directly across the street. Also another restuarant we ate at was on the same side of the Holiday Inn just a few feet down. (to the right when you exit) Beautiful scarfs are handing for the ceiling. Food was excellent. We never got sick!

The pool was very nice too; but we didn't get a chance to go in. We would leave early in the morning and come back late at night.

People at the front desk speak English, you can exchange your money there too. It's convenient to all the hotels if you want to shopping in any of the others.

Hope that helps, if you have any other questions, let me know. I also have the number of a wonderful cab driver who speaks more English than most. He also spent the entire time with us. He is a friend of my ff/fm We had an entourage! (lol) I would highly recommend him if you want his number.

The Holiday Inn was my favorite place to stay HANDS DOWN! We've stayed in the Marriott, the Crowne Plaza, and a local bed and breakfast, and the Holiday Inn was by far my favorite! The service was wonderful, the suite was perfect, the rooms were clean, it's in walking distance of several wonderful restaurants...etc, etc, etc. My girls were with us and we slept 6 of us comfortably in a suite. Although the pool is small, my girls were in it every day.

Can you tell....I LOVED IT!!!

We stayed there recently and they do have cribs.
I was disappointed that they did not have concierge service.
We did not receive quick service ie, clean towels after hours.
It was ok, but I would not chose to stay there again.

I stayed so often at the Holiday Inn that I got a good discount on the suite everytime I went..they knew me by first name basis there..

It is a great hotel..right around the corner from the Westin and a few blocks from the Marriot..

There is a great authentic Guatemalan cuisine restaraunt right next door..also a great rest. across the street called the "Hacienda Real"..it is also just a few blocks walk to a mall with a TGIF, Burger King etc..
and a few blocks to a small grocery store.

We had a suite with 2 beds, eating area, kitchen with cooktop, microwave, sink etc..very clean and very quiet..

Small pool and work out room..breakfast buffet was good..Internet cafe with great Cappucino..nice gift shop etc..

They provided a Graco Pack and Play for us..but Ana wouldn't sleep in it and we just coslept..

I thought the service was great..you could cash in travellors cheques at the front desk, arrange tours etc..

We stayed there in February for pickup and I thought it was great. No complaints. The room was large and the bathroom too. The restaurant was great for breakfast and then we would go across the street or to the bakery close by. We walked to the Westin to sit in the lobby and people watch, only a 1/2 block away.

I felt very safe... they have employees in the lobby watching 24/7.

Compared to where I stay in the states it was right up there for the money....
