Okay, where are all the outs?
I completely psyched myself up for lots of outs today. And it is already 3pm on the East coast--and nothing.

One post on a yahoo group with an out that was actually yesterday. Her last submit was 3/5~ she was a long-timer, over 400 days in PGN
