Thanks so much for sharing! Your post made my day! We were resubmitted on March 9th so I am hoping and praying we are OUT by the first part of May. If NOT, "I'm off to see the Wizard, the Wonderful Wizard of PGN!!!" LOL! I PRAY you are out soon, so you can get that baby HOME!!!! Warm thoughts are being sent your way!

Thanks for the pics - I also considered PGN to looks something like Eastern State Penitentiary - dark, damp, with moldy files piled on desks.

we also met with the PGN staff and found them all very kind and overwhelmingly helpful. Our case was out the following day!Hoping the same for you!!

This is a very interesting thread! I certainly pray that you are correct (or, rather, that the secretary was correct). My concern has been that we have seen VERY few OUTs from files that have submit/resubmit dates from the 20s of February (I have seen maybe 3 or 4 from all of the boards/forums/Yahoo groups combined). SO, (assuming that Barrios is signing in some sort of sequential order), in order for him to get to mid March files by next week, he will have to sign off on at least two weeks worth of files this week!! Will he do that? I don't know but I am surely hoping and praying that he does. I cannot wait to get OUT!!!!!!! Thanks for your post. God bless.

 10/15/05 I-600A Filed12/2/05 Signed with agency, chose a waiting child (a beautiful girl born 2/7/99) 12/15/06 Homestudy Complete 1/17/06 Received I-171H 1/24/06 Dossier to Guatemala 2/7/06 Adoption disrupted, child no longer available  6/12/06 She became available again!!  9/22/06 Out of Family Court 10/22/06-10/27/06 Great Visit Trip! 10/24/06 DNA Match 11/24/06 Pre-Approval 12/4/06 Into PGN 2/9/07 Kickout after 10 weeks in  2/12/07 Back in PGN 3/15/06 PGN needed ANOTHER document, resubmitted to PGN.  5/6/07-5/14/07 -Spanish School and Visit Trip OUT of PGN!!!!!!!!!! 5/28/07  New Birth Certificate 6/5/07 Submitted to Embassy 6/15/07 PINK! 6/21/07 Embassy Appointment 7/6/07  We're Home!! 7/10/07

Hey Maia. You just crack me up. Oz! I love it. When you get back to Antigua, let's hang lady! BTW - I've also heard tell about that "expedited" pathway in PGN. I even met a couple in Antigua who are using it. This fostering experience has been quite educational.
 p.s. How did you go on your trip to the GC zoo? Was it from Antigua? I would love to take Sabrina if you'd ever like to go again.

Maiabee, that is great. Everything you said does go along with my understanding of PGN. When I called over a month ago, I MISUNDERSTOOD the person I spoke to. He said my file was waiting on the director's desk. What I didn't know is that it had a previo that needed to be signed.
It sounds like your situation is different and you really are ready to get signed OUT! Best,
