G884 question

Where do you mail this form to? I already have the COC. It came from Buffalo, NY. On the USCIS website, it says to mail to the USCIS office that last took action on your case. Is it that address on the envelope that the COC came in, or do I need to mail it to the USCIS office we used to start all of the process in the beginning?
Thanks
Jack

I have all my info. printed off, but have not sent it yet. My understanding is that you send it to the Buffalo office 130 Delaware Ave. Buffalo, NY.
If this is wrong, someone please let us know

i sent mine to Buffalo too, (even though we came in through dallas), and got my papers back in a couple of weeks, so that's the right place.

Yes, send it to the office that issued the COC - most always if not always Buffalo. You can send it to your local office and have them forward it, but some offices are not so good about forwarding it promptly.

The exception would be if your child has been home more than 15 months or so, in which case the packet has probably made its way to the National Records Center in Lee's Summit, MO.

Send it here to Buffalo...I actually drove past the office today, and it is the same place we went for our fingerprints. Who knew somewhere so important to so many people was right here in my back yard?

Thank you.
