Hi,

When filling out the G-884 form, what do you put for the documents that you want back? I want everything that they may have including the sealed envelope. How did you word it? Thanks!!!

i wrote something like, "the return of all documents handed over to immigration upon arrival in the U.S. to verify the adoption of X X. these documents include, but are not limited to: birth certificate, photos, dna results, and medical report."

i got back a lot of stuff....and learned things about my baby I didn't know. I am sooo glad I filed....good luck

Any and all documents pertaining to the adoption and or immigration of (insert child's name at the time they entere the US) including but not limited to foreign adoption and birth records, visa and immigration records, photos, and any other documents contained within the file of USCIS.'
