FOR-EV-ER! No seriously it just feels like that! LOL We're looking at 2 months from PGN out to pick up if we get pink early next week, but I've seen shorter waiting times. It's about 4 weeks from submitting for pink - appt if that helps.

We got out Feb. 27 and our appt is April 17th, so it was 7 weeks for us, however our BC was from San Pedro Pinula, which took 2 weeks to get. I am not sure how much different for a GCBC.

8 weeks for us But the delay is with the embassy. We had GCBC in 2 weeks. I'm sure the embassy will have caught back up when you're ready!

We are right at about 9 weeks from PGN to visa appointment. But we had to activate POA for final sign-off, which added time to process, the GCBC took 1 1/2 weeks, and we got a preview in the USE. Visa appt. scheduled for 3 weeks after pink slip due to banking convention.

Visa appt. 4/18 -- we're leaving in 6 days to get our daughter a little early!

We got out of PGN on Feb. 6th and our appt. is on April 16th. So over 2 months for us. We are leaving on Tuesday!!!! I can't wait. I hope you are out very soon. Hang in there.

Hey Arthmom. Check out my timeline. We got out of PGN on 2/19 and our appt. is 4/17. Just remember though...there were several holidays in there which slowed things down. I think typically it is 4-6 weeks from what I've seen. Our GCBC took exactly one week...passport took one day and pink took one week. Our appt. was then scheduled for a month later. I couldn't wait any longer so that's why I'm here. ;-)))

I got out of PGN 2/12 and my appointment is 4/16 so just over 2 months but as previous posters said, we had the banking convention and pink slips are definitely taking longer these days (at least a week).

Hi,
We got out of PGN 3/19..recieved our GCBC 3/27..submitted for pink 3/29 and our embassy appt is 4/25.
So, I guess for us it will be about 5 1/2 weeks from
PGN out to pick-up.

We're meeting with our agency this coming week to discuss last minute details. I hope to find out about the status of GCBC and Embassy news.

I'm guessing that the GCBC will be slow due to Easter festivities, which might mean that the Embassy dates will be backed up. Fingers crossed for early May pick-up! Before Mother's Day, pretty please.

I wish I could post data that was more encouraging, but, the couple of weeks off in March along with large volume of adoptions in process appears to have created a nasty back-log with embassy appointments. Average time to pink is still around 22 days but it looks like it can take an additional month after pink to get our babies home. I am hoping that over the next few weeks this will come down....

We just got out of PGN on 3/28/07 and already got our GCBC on 4/2/07. I guess our attorney did some quick work before the Easter holidays!

Yes! I got out of PGN on 3/19 and had my daughter's Maz bc on 3/22! Hopefully you will get yours just as fast!
