Leaving Wednesday to Foster!!!
I had asked a question about fostering last week and it has been a whirlwind of activity since last Thursday. My husband is coming with me for about a week to help get me settled in. I am looking forward to my time in Guatemala and of course meeting Caleb. But PGN, if you can hear me, we need to get him home!

Can I come with you...haha just kidding but I am really missing Antigua and my friends who are there. I am so glad to not be dealing with the PGN stress you are dealing with and would love to get to REALLY ENJOY Antigua next time I get to visit there.
Really thought you will love it and its so fun getting to meet all the other moms...plus nothing can beat getting to spend that time with Caleb. It is a unforgetable time almost like a differant world where your only concern is your baby...not all the day to day worries we have at home. My advise after doing it myself...which is going to be a lot harder said than done is try to forget the PGN mess and just soak in the bonding time...like I said I had an extreamly hard time doing this myself. I know it will be even harder for you with the fact that baby caleb needs medical attention NOW!!! Enjoy the weather and the food...eat some for me. I would love to hear all about your experience you need a BLOG girlfriend...hugs Candy and Kya Blu

It's so wonderful you can do that!
Everytime I bring up fostering my husband looks at me like I have 2 heads. Enjoy the weather and your son. This is going to be a time you will never forget.

OH I AM SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO JEALOUS!!! Alan and I were just talking about this while we were there. It's not a "no" but it will depend on what happens with PGN for us.

That is great that you made plans so quickly. Since we are finally in - I have been seriously looking at our options. My only problem is my oldest and school. I want him to come but can't take him out of school just yet. I am thinking mid May. Good luck to you - enjoy your time with the baby. Keep us posted. Kim

I hope you get out of PGN really soon but in the meantime have fun down there. Are you staying in GC or Antigua? I think several members are in Antigua now. Hope your stay down there is short and have fun, be safe.
