Nashville/ Middle Tennessee Get Together

Hey everyone,

We had so much fun at Chuck E. Cheese's last time that Mera and I figured we should do it again there this time. March 31st could still be a little cool outside for a picnic so maybe we could do that later in the summer. So how about 5:00 at the same Chuck E. Cheese in Cool Springs on Sat. the 31st.

Hope to see everyone there,
Rob

We were in Cool Springs just yesterday. We are not from TN, but we live really close. How many families are you expecting? It sounds like alot of fun.

Thanks a bunch,

Kristy

We are not in TN, but dream of moving there after we get our baby girl home. Can anyone recommend any cities or towns. I work in the cardiac cath lab, so I need a hospital close by. We visited Knoxville and really like it there. Sorry to change the topic, but someday I hope to join the group.

Well, In Nashville you have plenty of hospitals- Vanderbilt, Centennial, St. Thomas, Baptist, Skyline, Summit. There are a few more actually but I can't remember them all. St. Thomas has been known as the heart hospital for years but Centennial is surpassing them now. Vanderbilt and Baptist also have good heart programs. Many people are moving to the surrounding counties around Davidson which are still a fairly short commute to these.

I think Nashville is great, my wife and I have both lived here either all or nearly all of our lives except for college, where many years were spent in Knoxville with the Vols.

East Tennessee Families

For any of you East Tennessee families, we have a group in Knoxville that is having a spring get together and Easter Egg hunt on the 31st too! We have a fantastic group and several families with children from Guatemala. PM me if you want more information.

I've lived in both Nashville and Knoxville (as well as all over the country) and I can honestly say that I don't even want to leave Knoxville. Lots of good hospitals here too!

Stacy
