Any other country that doesn't change name before entering US?

I have a quick question. I am having readoption "issues" and was wondering, is there any other country that doesn't change your child's first and middle name besides Guatemala (if you choose to do so) before entering the US?

Thanks for your help.
Becky

I believe the children retain their first and middle original name but come home with your last name.

China issues the birth certificate, abandonment certificate and passport with the child's Chinese name. The adoption certificate has both the Chinese name and the child's new full name. The COC is issued with the child's new full name.

I don't know the answer to the original poster's question, but I did want to mention that she is right that some countries do change the child's name when the adoption is completed there. Liberia is like that, for one. :-)
