Assuming no I-72, Embassy submission to pink??

How long is it taking these days, assuming there is no I-72 issued? Does the Embassy still aim for the 48 or 72 hours that it used to?
Thanks!

It seems to be taking at least a week these days and sometimes longer.

It's definitely taking longer than the usual 48-72 hours - even when you take Fridays and weekends into consideration. We were submitted last Wednesday and have not heard anything yet. Seems there are ALOT of us waiting to hear!
