after 3 years, we have her BC
I am not sure if any of you remember my story however Juliana turned 3 yesterday and we finally got her BC even though she has been out of PGN since July 2004. We are still not too thrilled because all of paperwork has expired and we need a new homestudy, new 1600a and wait again for 117h which took 4 months last time. Please pray for her, they removed her from her caregiver she has been with since she was born and she is in an orphanage.

Oh you will be in my thoughts and prayers. I can't imagine how tough this has been for you. I don't know your story as I am relatively new, but you certainly will be in my mind.

Bree, I'm not familiar with your story but just reading what you've written now is enough to know that you've had a very difficult road. I will definitely pray that Juliana's adoption goes smoothly now and that all the paperwork you will need again will be done quickly. What state do you live in that the I-171H would take so long? Perhaps 3 years later, things have improved...God willing.

Feb. 1, 2007 - this is really getting old!! 3rd visit trip Feb. 1-4th Feb. 21st and we still don't know what KO#2 is even for?!?!?!? Guess it wasn't a KO after all!!!!!! Feb. 22 OUT OF PGN!!!!!!!! March 26th 2007 leaving for extended pick up trip! March 29th - Happy 1st Birthday Kate!!  Home forever on April 27th!!!!!!!!!!!!! Praise God!!!

Oh Bree,
I'm so sorry for what you've gone through. I'm praying this part of your journey goes fast. I would go down to the USCIS office and speak to them in person. Our friends here in St. Louis had a similar situation and were able to get re-approved in record time.

I would TRULY hope that with all you've obviously been through that USCIS would quickly reapprove your application. It just sounds so sad and heartbreaking. You'll have lots of thoughts and prayers from us here and I know we'll all be hoping along with you that this will be finished soon.
