Thought I would share some MIKAYLA Pics
Tomorrow is three weeks since Mikayla was placed in our arms forever. It feels like she has always been a part of our home. I still go in her room at night just to watch her sleep. I love her so much and just can't believe she is really here! My heart is so full. She adjusted so beautifully. We are blessed. Alec adores her and is so proud of his new sister. I am exhausted, but it's a great exhausted. I wouldn't have it any other way.
I pray for those of you waiting each and EVERY day. I am constantly checking the forum for OUTS. Love you all!

Brook....it's funny you said that. Her hair DOES have a redish/brownish tint to it in certain lights....Hmmmm...Who knows how she got that!

What a beautiful baby! Of course, who has seen any here who aren't??? Our daughter (home at ten two years ago) also has some auburn "highlights" in her black hair. It's only visible in certain light, but it amazes us that it isn't just coal black like our boys. She won't believe it and it's hard to see, but it's there sometimes.
