Attorney??
Has anyone ever called their contact or attorney in Guatemala? We are having a few problems getting straight answers from our agency and would like to call our attorney and talk to her. We have her number but I don't know if this is something our agency would frown on.

It all depends on what you contract with your placement agency says. Some allow it, some don't. Good luck!

Chances are if your agency is not giving you straight answers, it is because the lawyer is not giving them straight answers. JMO.

The second time we visited our son we went for two reasons. One to see our beautiful baby boy and two to be able to ask questions directly to our attorney. It was far more expensive than a phone call, but it was so worth it to hold my baby again. I hope you get answers soon!!!
