got BC needs advice

Well, after being out of PGN for 2 YEARS, we got the preliminary BC all my I117h approval and homestudy are expired so we need to submit a new homestudy, fingerprints and 1600a.
My question is what happens after the BC is issued what is the next step and should I send out my homestudy and 1600a ASAP? The attorney I have is very unstable and I dont think we should sent it out until the step AFTER the BC is complete (long story) any advice???
Thanks

What's the preliminary BC? Do you mean the new BC with your last name?

After they get the new BC, they get a Passport - but that only takes one day. Then they submit you for Pink.

However, if your I-171H has expired, they can't submit you for Pink. Hopefully you live in a state that can move things along fast for you.

Bjitta,

I PM'd Becky to ask if she'd help you figure out what docs to redo. I am so thrilled (and amazed) for you, after all this time. I'm sure you have some very mixed emotions as well.

What exactly do you mean by the BC being complete? If you have a newly issued birth certificate showing you as the parent and you have your adoption paperwork you should be able to complete this case...even if you have to do it yourself.

Can you give us a better explanation of what you mean by preliminary BC....I have never heard of that before?
