Agency named A better choice in CT?
Hello,
Has anybody heard of an agency in CT called "A Better Choice"? I just found out that my son had a sister who is approx 2 years older then him and he may have been placed through that agency. I tried to look them up online but haven't been able to find them. Any help would be very appreciated! Thank you, Jenn
