Hi All, very new here, just beginning our journey, (just calling for homestudy), as I enjoy and learn from all your posts, however, please help me understand better, your slang what does it mean????? PINK? ( I'm assuming its not the color your referring to) PGN? and any others, sorry, I'm on the new kids, don't know nothing bus!!

Dossier - your adoption paperwork
HS - home study
171 - your approval from the state to adopt an orphan
PoA - your power of attorney
DNA - the DNA test of the baby and birth mother as required by the US Embassy
FC - Guatemalan Family Court
SWI - FC interview of the birth mother
PA - Pre Approval as issued by the US Embassy after DNA results are in
PGN - the court that approves the adoption
KO - kicked out fo PGN
OUT - approved by PGN
BC - birth certificate
Pink - the appointment slip that says come to Guatemala and get your baby and Visa at the US Embassy
GC - Guatemala City
