The Devil Wears.... Carters
Most of you know how OBSESSED I am with trying to get Celeste's hair into ANY sort of ponytail... well, I actually got PIG TAILS in this week!! YAY!!!!
This is the "after" picture once the little plastic bands were removed. Doesn't she look like she has HORNS??  Sorry for the crummy quality of the pic - it was taken with my camera phone while my real camera is in the shop! OK, now lets see some more "post-ponytail" pictures!!!!

Cute...At my visit trip the FM put ponies into Sammies hair and she looked like a little bug!

It never fails Ari seems to pull her hair out while in her carseat. So, once we arrive somewhere there she is with this monster of a hair-do on the top of her head. It' s terrible but when it's just one pony and she takes it out, she looks like Turk from Disney
s Tarzan movie. When it's two, it's just all over the place......I will have to see if I have a picture to share. It's amazing how those little rubberbands just disappear!

I was also obsessed trying to make Juliana's hair look "girlie." Even our foster mom tried! For the longest time, Juliana had this one section of hair right over her forehead that was longer and thicker than anywhere else, so I gathered it all up and put it in a clip.
Finally, right around her first birthday, she had enough hair to make two "horns" -- and those horns stay put even when the little rubberbands are gone! I don't know how these will show up, but in the poor-quality diaper photo, those are her "free form" ponytails -- nothing is holding them together! The reclining photo shows another post-rubberband ponytail, and the one in blue shows how it's supposed to look. And just for fun, you can see the FM's attempt, and her single-ponytail look. I love having a girl!

Love the pics... and a tip about resizing photos
I love it!! Thanks for sharing pics of your little "devils"!!!
PS I think I have figured out the easiest way to resize the pictures to the correct size - click on SAVE TO WEB and it will allow you to resize the picture down to as close to 100 mb as you can get. That is what I do and it takes me no time at all - I don't even have to crop! I am assuming all photo programs have that option -??- Keep sharing those "Post-hair-do pics"!!
