COC and IR-3 Visa
Just wondering if I should start making some calls...
We brought our daughter home on 12/6 and still have not received her COC. Is this normal? Not sure if it matters, but we came thru Dallas and she came home on an IR-3 Visa. Any help on this would be appreciated.

Coc
It usually takes around 45 days to receive the certificate of citizenship papers. If thats the case you have a few more days to wait. But, if you don't get it by the end of the month, then I would make a call.

Gabriella came home December 2nd and her COC came in the mail last friday. She came home on IR3 also. We came through Atlanta. I would think it should be there any day now.

Gabriella came home on an IR3 visa and it took about 5 weeks to receive her COC.

They cant access info until it has been 45 days since you submitted. I had called and thats what they told me. We did end up getting it probably 43 days after!!!
