A Mother for Choco

How do you say his name? Aza and I love the book and have been reading it a lot the past few days but I'm not sure how I'm supposed to say his name. Chalk-o? Ko-ko? Cho-ko?

I always thought it was KO-KO but who knows. LOL. Maybe someone else has some insight. I never really thought about it!

I have been saying it as ko-ko. I would go with whatever sounds best to you. If your little one hears it differently at story time or aother firends house, it could be a learning expereince on how the same name can be said different ways.

I started out saying chalk-o but my sister thought it was ko-ko so I reevaluated and now I've been saying cho-ko.

We love this book too. We started with Chalk-o, then thought Cho-Ko, but our son still insists on Chalk-o.

My husband always teases me that my son will leave me for a a women who can bake apple pies! I am inept in the kitchen!
