Hi everyone,

I know you are probably tired of me asking if anyone has received approval from PGN that entered around Oct. 30th and those who were re-submitted around that day too, but I just have to ask again. Anyone approved yet?

I am so nervous right now. I have a feeling we are going to be kicked out for something. I just have this strange feeling that the call we get will not be an approval call, but a kick out call. I cannot concentrate at all. We have been in PGN for 6 weeks and 2 days and supposedly, we have had no kick outs yet either. I just don't understand how some get out so quickly while others do not. This makes no sense at all. I am happy for those, but I want out too.

We want out really soon and feel like we deserve it due to all our other horrible delays.

I have seen a few outs from Nov. One family only waited like three weeks after resubmition to get out. I don't get it either. I am so frusturated and can think of nothing else. We are 5 weeks today. I so want out before Christmas!!!!! I hope you hear something soon. FYI, no one from my agency with an Oct. 30 date or after has gotten out yet.

We are a 11-2 resubmit and are STILL waiting. Tomorrow makes 6 weeks since the KO and 9 weeks total.

There have been 4 outs from my agency of people who entered that week. Two people who entered the exact same day I did (11/2) are out. They were all out in 5 to 13 days. Then there was the person who entered on 11/20 who got out last week on 12/5. Not that I'm at all obsessing or jealous. :-)

Nope, pretty much no rhyme or reason to this process.

This is week 12 for us. We were resubmitted on 10/30. When we got the call at 6 weeks I thought we were going to be out since we had no news, but instead it was a K/O. UGH!!! Good luck everyone. Praying for Christmas miracles!

Almost Week 9 here, and this coming friday is 6 weeks since last submission!!!

We went in on 10/19 and out on 12/8. We were in for about 7 weeks without any KOs.

I received an e-mail this morning from my attorney stating that Barrios was reviewing Oct 29-30 cases yesterday and today. So, hopefully those of you with those dates will hear something tomorrow or early next week. Good luck. I was resubmitted on November 9, and was told that I wouldn't hear anything from PGN until after the holidays.

PGN will have a skeleton staff during over the next couple of weeks, but Barrios is supposed to be in the office between Christmas and New Year's for the sole purpose of signing out cases. I hope that this happens, and that there will be lots of outs in January.

I heard from a very reliable source that the PGN director was signing off on Oct. 29th cases yesterday (but that was a Sunday, right?) Anyway, this reliable source said that he is signing off on Oct. 30th cases today and they should be released by tomorrow (Friday) or early next week.

I am keeping my fingers crossed for an out, but know that there is a good chance of a previo.
