Anyone submitted an I600A in New Orleans, LA??
How long has it been taking for an approval? We submitted our application on 11/07 and fingerprint on 11/29. When should we be expecting our approval??

I believe ours took 13 weeks from all paperwork being in. They had lost our HS. We had to make an infopass appt to find this out bc they never answered emails or calls(i mean literally did not answer phone, it just rang) Hopefully yours will go smooter, but they are notoriosly slow and hard to deal with. Good luck, hope I did not scare you. We got approval in late July. Lisa

Our fingerprint appointment was with New Orleans on October 30th & received approval on NOVEMBER 30th!! However, my name was mispelled on the approval notice & I am having a HARD time getting that fixed!! I just emailed them so MAYBE I can get some help! Let me know if I can help you with anything. We submitted everything on 9/13 and we just got our approval today.

Jen 05/04/06 - 1st Homestudy visit 05/20/06 - 2nd Homestudy visit 09/13/06 - File I600A and fingerprints 11/02/06 - Dossier sent to be certified and auth. 11/15/06 - Received letter from USCIS requesting additional documentation  11/16/06 - Cert. & Auth. Dossier received by our agency  11/20/06 - Dossier sent to Guatemala 11/27/06 - Referral of baby girl (d.o.b. 11/20/06) 12/12/06 - Received I171-H 12/13/06 - Power of Attorney arrived in Guatemala 01/30/07 - Received DNA Authorization 02/16/07 - 02/21/07 - Visit Trip 02/23/07 - It's a match 99.99%!!!!!! 04/13/07 - I-72 04/16/07 - Resubmitted 04/24/07 - PA!  05/08/07 - Enter PGN!!  07/06/07 - OUT!!!! 07/23/07 - Submitted for Pink!  07/25/07 - I-72 07/30/07 - Resubmitted 08/07/07 - PINK!! 08/17/07 - Embassy appt. 08/21/07 - HOME!
