FALL BEGINNER 2005 finally done!
Hi.
I haven't been reading much at all since the end of October (been down here in Guatemala) and so I don't know if there are any Fall Beginners '05 still around. Just wanted to post that we picked up Giancarlo's Visa today!!!! and will be flying home with our son on Saturday. Finally, an end to this part of the journey. I'd love to hear how everyone is doing, and hope that if there are some of this group still around, I hope that things progress in a positive manner for you and that you bring your children home soon. -Priscilla

 8/29 Signed with agency 9/11 Homestudy visits complete 10/17 Dossier documents complete, sent to agency 10/18 HS complete 11/4 HS sent to USCIS office 11/7 On general waiting list with agency! 12/1 USCIS scheduled fingerprint appointment 1/19/06 Received 171H!!!  4/04/06 Accepted referral-baby boy (DOB 3/2/06) 5/5 FC as of 5/19 Birthmother interviewed 6/8 DNA done! 6/15 DNA match - 99.9431!  6/17-6/24 Visit trip 7/24 PA received!!  8/17-8/22 2nd visit 8/21 Resubmitted to FC  9/7 OUT OF FC!!!! FINALLY AFTER 4 MONTHS! 9/13 in PGN 11/6 OUT OF PGN!!!  11/9 Passport for Giancarlo obtained 12/9/2006 HOME FOREVER!

Oh, Priscilla! Congratulations!!!! I am so glad you will be able to get Giancarlo home for the holidays. Post photos when you can.
I'm still here... finally got PA this Tuesday, and hopefully went back into PGN yesterday (fourth time, at least, that I know of). Hope those few of us Fall, 2005 folks left in the process get to join you soon...

Hoooray for you!!!! It is so good when the waiting is over and they finally can come home!!!!
We have been home now for about one month....still adjusting to two children in the home, but going well! Camille is a happy, healthy little girl...and we are so happy and blessed to have her here with us. Have a safe journey home!!!!!

CONGRATS! We are home 1 month this weekend and it seems like it has been forever. I forgot about so buch crap that I went through and this is the first time I am on the board since we came home! You will be busy and you will love it. I am happy for you. Maybe they can meet sometime in NJ

I am another fall beginner ending my journey
Our embassy appointment is 12/15.... a little too superstitious to claim I am DONE... after all, this has been an arduous journey... but I do know I will be with my baby on 12/13, and a forever mommy.

Started process Sept. '05 and anxiously awaiting pink after one ko from Embasy. Hoping to hear on Mon or Tues and travel following week.
