Have you been "Julianna'd"? We'd love to hear from you...
If you've been a victim of Julianna Wiseman (or any of her aliases) - I'd love a PM.
I am looking for people who have sent her items - been subject to her persistent stalking - had her contact their agency and cause problems with an adoption! Anyone who has had any experience with Julianna - outside of a simple email or two (like LOTS of emails) or anyone who's agency was contacted by her...anyone who sent her money for her rental or mailed packages for transport...ANYTHING...
