This was a first. I woke up DH during the night, telling him that we needed to adopt 2 kids instead of 1. I was listing everything we had to do to change it to 2. "We can get our HS amended as Chris (our case worker) approved us for 2. I can do it now before I submit our docs to the Consulate. Then we won't have to do this again. We still have twice the referral amount, but our paperwork can be amended". When I woke up this morning I remembered DREAMING about this, but when DH repeated the whole conversation that I thought I had only dreampt about, I knew I must have said it all out loud!!!! I guess it was heavily on my mind as I overnighted our docs to the embassy today! Yay! Oh, I had also thought of slipping some cash with our docs in hopes of hurrying up of authentication but then realized I'd be guilty of trying to bribe a federal official! I WOULDN'T DO THAT!!!! HONEST!!!!! Just kind of funny of what we parents would do for our kids, even before they are our kids! Oh, and for everyone who prayed for my sister who is bi-polar, I cannot thank you enough. Things seem to be a bit on the upswing, but she has a lifetime of changes to adapt to. THANK YOU ALL OF YOU!!!! Cameo

I could definitely see how that could happen. You know this is on our minds 24/7. I'm surprised I haven't talked about it in my sleep yet. ;-))

That reminds me, I had a dream last night that we had a referral for an 8 month old boy, and a 6 month old girl! I'm praying for a twin referral so I guess that's why.

My receptionist keeps telling me she dreams of us having twins! I haven't had any referral dreams yet.

I dreamed a couple of nights ago that our attorney in Guatemala called and said that there was something wrong with our son's head and he asked us to contact a doctor in the US and see if we could line up surgery for our son as soon as we bring him home. What a NIGHTMARE!!!!!!! So glad to wake up that morning and find out that real-like dream was not REAL! (:>) Melodie

I woke my husband up the other day by saying "the baby is crying" and elbowing him...I don't remember a thing, but he said one of our dogs was whining. I think I will be good at this mothering thing.
