Visiting Eagle's Nest- need info please!

Well- we decided to visit after all. We couldn't resist and I know we'll be thankful that we did! We are leaving in exactly two weeks!!!!

If you have stayed at Eagle's Nest- please send me with info about what to bring,
Is there anything to do around EN?
Anything else you would have liked to have known?

if eagles' nest is in solola, there is a great market there on fridays! also, just down the mountain(about 15 minutes or so) is the town of panajachel-lots of tourists, lots of shopping(cheaper than antigua or guatemala city) and a great coffee shop called crossroads cafe.

we love that area of guatemala! janis
