Is it seriously a Guat holiday tomorrow?
So is PGN seriously completely closed tomorrow?
I can't take much more of this. BTW, Happy 9 Month Birthday to Addy. Too bad she'll be 19 before we pick her up.

My agency says that they don't understand (along with our facilitator and lawyer) what is going on. Our lawyer was told last Wed that we are signed off by Barrios and our lawyer has been going back every day to pick up our paperwork and everyday they tell him to "come back tomorrow." So everynight I wait by the phone for a call from our agency to tell us if we are out or not. She just called, we are not. Now we wait til Monday. I just don't get it. I asked if our file was mixed up with someone elses and they said no. I trust my agency and what they are telling me. I just don't understand why we are not OUT.
I've been such a whiner this week and I am so sorry. I am just STRUGGLING like crazy.

Happy 9 month Birthday Addy!!!!
And YES it is another Guat holiday---UGHHHHH!!!!! I don't think I can take much more of it either---and what really stinks is my Ben&Jerry's ice-cream is all gone. I asked my DH to go to the store for me and get some more, because I'm already in my pj's, and he had the audacity to say eat some fruit. Well, doesn't he understand that fruit just doesn't cut it in a time like this. Who the $#@! wants fruit!

Josh turned 9 months old on the 10th and I just got updated photos today... It's getting hard watching him grow in photos.

(but misspelling on decree)  1/30 or 1/31 Submitted for PINK!! 2/7 WE ARE FINALLY PINK 2/13 DH arrives in Guatemala and meets our boy! 2/14 Embassy Appointment 2/15 VISA pickup 2/16 HOME 7/5/07 Filed papers for Recognition of Foreign adoption...Disaster began... 1/28/08 Recognition of Foreign Adoption COMPLETE!

I know how you feel Mandy, we too have been told we are approved but our file has not been released yet! The waiting by the phone it terrible!!! Now another long weekend ahead.
Hopefully next week will be your week, mine and alot of others who are not so patiently waiting for the phone to ring! Also, Mandy would you PM me please. I think we are using the same agency. Darlene Waiting on Anna and Emily in PGN and part of 100 Day PGN club!

Happy 9 months, Addy! I haven't posted much at all lately because I am sooooooo down. No need to share my negativity with all of you.
Yes, tomorrow is a holiday which (likely) means that PGN is closed. What next? Hopefully next week will be better for outs, including ours. I have been in PGN for 2.5 months and I think I'm losing my mind.........here's to good news soon!
