Timeline PA to PGN
I am waiting for entering PGN. I had PA around September 20th what is the normal timeline to enter PGN?

Mom to Bio Daughter 5, Son 4  Switched to Guatemala Adoption 4/28/06 Referral 5/4/06 Baby Girl DOB 4/29/06 Revised Home Study to Guatemala completed 5/16/06 Dossier done, certified and authenication completed 6/15/06 Paperwork to Guatemala 6/18/06 DNA tested 8/7/06, DNA match 99.998% 8/14/06 PA 9/20/06 Family Court done 11/9/06 PGN - entered 11/14/06, no previous 11/28/06, on Barrios desk to be signed 12/06 We are out 1/9/07 YEAH... Waiting on Pink, Submitted for Pink 2/6/07 Pink 2/8/07 Leaving late 2/14/07 Embassy Appointment 2/16/07 Home 2/21/07

It varies for each case. We were in very soon after PA . I think it depends on your attorney.

Ditto.... I know it really varies. But all of ours were just a matter of days.... Call your agency and ask them what the hold up is...... Best of Luck, Ann

I was told that it was dependant on your attorney. Ours was turned in to PGN just 3 days after we received PA.
