I think I might have posted this question before but I do not think anyone was really sure. If the Director signs your case later in the day - would your attorney still be able to find out or would he need to wait until the next day when it is entered in the computer by a different department in PGN?

Okay and now if you are signed out in the morning - do you think your case is registered as approved by the computer department that afternoon? Is it possible that you could be signed out one day even if it is in the morning but not find out about for 1-2 days because your attorney would have no way of knowing until he checked at the PGN and it was finally entered by that computer department who needs to register it as approved? Thanks much and I hope us longtimers get out soon because this is a truly trying emotional heartache waiting months and months and months and months in the PGN!!! Good luck to all in your process.

I know I have been approved and my papers were taken downstairs late Tuesday afternoon to be released. Our attorney doesn't usually check until late in the day, so then our agency wouldn't usually find out until the next morning! I'm just wondering if anyone knows how long you might be waiting at the computer downstairs to get released?
