Social Security Card in NY state
I went to my local SS office here in Buffalo, NY to get my daughters SS card and after typing in a bunch of stuff the woman said some latin phrase which she said means that her SS card process was already started when we went through immigrations. It's been over a month and we have gotten her certificate of citizenship from immigrations but have heard nothing about the social security card. Does anyone know how this works? Should I keep waiting of go back the the local office?
