There I said it. I worked today and anytime I had one second to think, guess what? I almost lost myself completely. I am having a hard time dealing. Why us? I just want to know.

Did our reviewer go on vacation? Maternity leave? Have surgery? Do we really have a reviewer?

Or is it on My Barrios desk somewhere?

If someone could just tell me something maybe I could fall asleep at night.

I miss her so much and a lot of you are sick of hearing me I think but I cannot stop. I miss her so much.

This is the most unfair thing ever. People say that I knew what I was getting myself into, well...not really I guess, I was always optimistic that I would be lucky.

I will be lucky the day I get the call, but now I feel very unlucky. My prayers are not working and I just want the call.

I've thought, okay, the day is going to come when I just can't take it anymore -- and that will be the day I hear something.

Well, I'm about one week beyond the point where I thought I couldn't take it anymore. And I'm still taking it. FWIW, we have a similar timeline -- you've been in PGN longer, but we had a horribly long stay in FC, and we also started our HS in the fall of last year.

No advice, just (((hugs))).

I know where you both are coming from right now. I haven't been in PGN nearly as long I guess because we got kicked out right when I thought we would get approved then it took a while for them to fix it before we went back in. I know lately all I can think is that next week my son will be 10 months old which is older than my daughter was when we brought her home. I don't even try to call my agency anymore because all I get is what I consider is the "company line" oh hang on you will be getting your call soon. I've heard that line now for far too long. I do understand where you are feeling our prayers are not working at least we know all of us here understand each other that has helped me when it got too more than I can take. Praying for good news for all of us and maybe new pens for the director wouldn't hurt as well (my feeble attempt at humor)

All I have to say about the you knew what you were getting into is what an unsupportive person. I hope they have never complained about their job/kids/preganancy/or house because they "knew what they were getting into". Just do not listen to such c**p!

You know I"m right there with you - I've had it too - I keep hearing people say that it seems that just when someone can't take anymore, they get out. Well, not the case for me - I can't take it anymore and I'm not hearing anything.

I was able to get my agency to confirm that my file is on Barrios' desk - but we all know that don't mean nothing these days.

What else do we have to do to become the parents we're dying to be? It's just craziness. I'm sorry we're in the same boat - I wish one of us long term folks would get some good news.

I completely understand. I have been in PGN for almost 5 months!!! LET US OUT PLEASE!!!!
You just cannot help but get frustrated when you see people from August and Oh yes - September too - already out!!! They need to put the files in order of submission of date. That would be the right thing to do. It really is unfair!!!!! Ahhhhh!!!!!!!!!
