My attorney sent me the following e-mail in response to my question about the current status of PGN...Hopefully the number of OUTs will increase!! SOON!!!!

Thing is, that due to this craziness last week in regards of the presidential decreto supposedly getting issued ( nothing happened at all in the end ), but the director's office had indeed slowed down quite a bit.
BUT ... this week he picked up the pace, he has signed the last few days files by the bunch ... they are just starting to slowly come out of his office.

Thank you so much for sharing this information. My agency does not provide me with information at all (unless I really insist on an update). I was so worried about the current politics in Guatemala impacting my adoption. This email is reassuring. I feel like we are going to see lots of outs tommorow. I am predicting at least 12. We can only hope and pray. Things are going to happen and tommorow is the day. I just feel it.
