For those waiting for PA...
We received preapproval today after 4 weeks of waiting! I'm trying not to get too excited, though, since we are still waiting for the social worker's report...then on to PGN, for who knows how long...

When did you start counting your 4 weeks. Was it from when the DNA was taken, matched or when the Embassy recieved the DNA results?

You sure can get excited!!  Every little inch helps!! We will be 4 weeks tomorrow (thank you embassy for letting us know the right date we started) So pass the good luck and I sure hope your social worker kicks it into gear and gets that report done  Ann

Hmmm that was our match date also, and we are waiting PA. I emailed Monday but I know they were probably quite busy with the hague/atty meeting thing.
Did you get an email from the embassy or just the good news from your agency?? thanks

Our match was Aug. 29th and we've been waiting for PA, so thanks for sharing your news!
