Hello all!
There is a new adoption play/support group starting soon in Fargo! The first meeting will be Sunday, October 8th from 2-4PM at Atonement Lutheran Church, South University, Fargo! We will be in the Ark with all the toys!

Everyone is invited: international adoption, domestic adoption, foster care parents and those families interested in any of these processes! There is small group time planned where we can break down into sub-groups to talk amongst the like parents. It is my hope that these sub-groups will support each other and plan more play dates! The large group will be meeting every second sunday of the month!

There will be several families with children from Guat, and/or who are in process and I hope to see some of you there who live close enough to the Fargo-Moorhead area to make it. Please PM me if you have any questions or would like directions, or if you be willing to bring snacks to share.

I'm so excited that this group is forming. My husband and I live in Moorhead and will be sure to attend as soon as we get our kids home....we are also in the process of looking for a church home so will have to check out atonement for that as well- do you go to church there as well lotterino?

Actually, I live about an hour away but my friend goes there and she is the one starting it up. They have a little boy from Guat that came home almost a year ago. You can definitely come even if your kids aren't home yet! There will be others who are just starting or somewhere in the middle of the process too!
