PGN question
I am sure this has been answered before but I can't seem to find it anywhere. Can anyone tell me after you have been kicked out of PGN and they have fixed the problem relating to the kickout does anyone know if the lawyer needs to have an appointment or anything to resubmit your file back into PGN? Any help with this matter would be appreciated

No, they don't need an appointment. They just go submit your case. But, sometimes (I've been told) they like to speak directly to the reviewer. Kind of like saying "here, I did just what you asked, let this file out". However, I really don't think it makes a difference.
PGN was closed on Friday, so hopefully you're case will re-enter on Monday.

Maybe our kickout was different, but we did have to have an appointment. I don't know what good it did since we are on day 142!

Thank you both for replying. We got kicked out on 8/24 for a error they made on our address. It was fixed on 9/8 according to our agency. We got a general email from our social worker saying we were going to be resubmitted the week of 9/11 and then was told we were back in as of 9/14 that's what made me curious if our lawyer needed a specific appointment or not to get us back in. Thanks for the information.

I was told that our lawyer met with PGN because several of her cases received previos. After she met with PGN, five cases were reviewed immediately and then signed off accordingly.
