5-day-old news about birthfather search,
but some are asking. I did post on Monday, the same day as the waiver hearing, that we won! We don't have to search for the birthfather. And the attorney called it "divine intervention!" So, thanks for the prayers. And, to top it off, the judge asked if we wouldn't like to just "finalize" things right then and there instead of wait for another court date. So, into his lobby we went. Fortunately, our attorney had a camera and the judge had plenty of tissues for Mama and Papa. Now, we can submit the application for C of C!

Congrats and thanks for your PM...sure wish this would happen for us. We are in the process of getting transferred and after waiting to publish for 30 days...it will put our finalization into November and my husband is leaving Oct 1 with the new job....
 It is rediculous that we have to do this.....thanks again and I am so happy for you all!CONGRATS
