Change in Job
Has anyone here have a change in job after submitting dossier to Guatemala? How did it impact your adoption?

I just asked my agency that question!
They recommended that I stay in the job I have until the baby comes home, since I am so close to being done. I even went to as far as to ask what if I move to another state... Once she is home I can move... But while she is still in Guat. she suggested I say put. But,I am sure everyones cases are different, so it could be different! Good luck on what ever you do! Hugs

I lost my job 2 months and will be starting a new job soon (PRAISE GOD). I contacted my agency and I was told that I need an addendum to my homestudy, it needs to be notarized and I have to take the addendum and the most recent pay stub to the embassy at pick up.
I will start on the addendum as soon as I start my new job, but my agency said it should not be too much in the way of cost since it is an addition not an update to the homestudy. I hope this helps,
