Adoption Baby Book?
Does anyone know where a good baby book for adoption can be purchased? I've been looking at Hallmark......and other popular stores with baby items and haven't found one for adoption. Yet I know there are some out there. Thanks, Melodie

We received as a shower gift "Our Chosen Child" it has been helpful, it is for adoptive parents. We also ordered a book from the Adopt Shoppe- that you can personalize- it is wonderful! Good Luck! Jaime

I got Our Chosen Child as a gift when our son came home but I've also seen a GRREAT one at Baby USA. It's one where the front is almost anything you want and then you can buy the inserts for adoption and use whatever fits your particulat story! I wanted that one but it IS REALLY pricey. About 60 bucks for the book and an extra 10 for the adoption inserts! I'll definately get it when #2 comes home!

I had been looking for months and finally found one on Friday called "the Story of Me". It is a binder style and it seems very nice. It is boy or girl colors and it has pages for both adoption or bio conceptions! I haven't written anything yet but I can't wait to do so.

First 6mo with the foster mom book
I would like something like this for me, but I would also like to find something to send to the foster mother to do for me while the child is with her (like to write milestones, schedules, favorites, important days, dr visits and how the baby reacted to shots, how he or she reacts to strangers, why she does what she does in her words, info about the foster sibs/dad/etc). I know with adoption books so few and far between, this may be impossible to come across. I thought about making one. Have any of you done one of these?
