Hi everyone. Just wondering if someone can help me out a bit with a question. My husband is filled out as the adoptive parent and me as the spouse (does that matter, is that right?). So, for question 11, I checked "no" since he will not be travelling. For #12, I put 'yes" since I will travel. What would I put for his intended departure date? Nothing? N/A? Second, I think the answer to "will the child come to the US for adoption after compliance with the preadoption requirements of the State of proposed residence?" For some reason i think this is "no" ... anyone know? (we're in TX) ... then for the next question, 'will the child be adopted abroad after having been personally seen by you and spouse?" I mean, that would be "no" since my hubby isn't coming with me, right?? I'm just hoping someone can help since we haven't received our packet from the agency yet and I really want to get this sent out asap. thanks for any help!! Amy
