Hi all,

Just wondering for those of you who have recently gotten your pink slip, when was your embassy appt? My agency said they expected to receive my pink slip Tuesday or Wednesday of this week. So I'm just trying to judge how far out they're scheduling. It seems like your appt is usually about a week from when you get pink, but just thought I'd see if this was still correct...

You are correct. We got Pink on 7/27 and our embassy appt. is 8/4

We found out that we're a nice rosy shade of pink - appt is next Monday, Aug 7th......ahhhhhhhhhh!!!!!! The relief!!!!!!! ahhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!! The excitement!!!!!!!!

We were notified late on Friday July 21 that we were out of PGN. It is making me very anxious waiting for PINK. Kind of waiting to go into labor which never happened (3 c-sections). I have not heard anything from our agency as far as bc, translation, pasport, and pink. My parents are visiting and wanting to go on a short trip for about a week. I need my parents here to take care of the kids while I go to Guatemala. I pray the timing works to everyone's advantage.

From what I am reading it looks like the Embassy Appt usually happens a week (Plus or minus a day) after getting PINK. I too am waiting for PINK. I got submitted last Wednesday, but I have a fingerprint issue so I am holding my breath and hoping I get PINK tomorrow. My original fingerprints expire 8/7 and chances are my Embassy Appt would be after that. I got refingerprinted a month ago and they just got my new fingerprints down there on the 26th. An officer has to review them before they can go to the Consular section.

What are the chances that fingerprints that are good for 15 months, would expire while I am waiting for PINK? Just my luck I guess.
