Another PGN Meeting July 31st
The following was posted on the Guatadopt website:
Another meeting is being held today. This time it is with key representatives of the ADA, inlcuding its president, Enrique Urizar. They are meeting with the head of PGN, not the head of the adoptions unit that signs off on all cases. I will post more once I know it.
