Help I am flipping out!!
My SW called today to say she needs a G28 and an I600.
Are these things I should have given her long ago? Do they need to be authenticated et al? Are these documents a next step on the way to DNA? I am so frustrated. Please help clarify for me!! Thanks

Our agency asked for the G-28s and the I-600a when we turned in our dossier and everything. They don't have to be notified, certified or authenticated so it's not too much trouble. Just print them out, sign them and send them in.
I don't think it's anything you should worry about. They may not have mentioned it before now.

Yep, what she said
 They are just forms you print out (you can find them in PDF form on the USCIS website) and sign them. We turned them in with our dossier. Take a deep breath! No notarizing or certifying (or $$) required! It's one of the few easy things in the process. Hehe

I feel like I am never going to move any further in this process. I am so freaked out that she keeps forgetting to tell me things...like. oh, here are some more forms to fill out. She neglected to tell me my POA had to be certified and authenticated and it has cost us over a month of time... I am sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo frustrated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I agree with the others, they get turned in with my dossier, too. Very easy, print them out from the website and sign them. If you need help, pm me and I'll send you the instructions that my agency gave me.

I think they do need the g28s and I600s for DNA Auth
they submit it to the embassy to get DNA AUTH, If i am wrong someone else chime in

I believe I am correct,
we submitted these forms with our dossier, we got dna auth but lost our referral, we now have a new referral and we had to redo these along with a new POA, I was told it was for DNA auth.

Make sure to sign in the box. I guess if your names goes outside the lines, it can be rejected. At least that's what my agency said.

I turned these in with my dossier also. My SW told me that they are used towards the end of the process but lawyers like to have them up front.
