Just wondering if anyone from the forums will be attending the Pittsburgh AFTH picnic in August. It would be great to meet up with some other families!

Have you heard of the Greater Pittsburgh Guatemala Adoptions Group? It's a Yahoo group. They have a pretty big group. I just joined the other day and so did Michele Smiles. I'm not going to the AFTH picnic...I think that's mostly for that particular agency isn't it?

I've not heard of the Pittsburgh AFTH.
As Sara said, we've joined a group through yahoo and they are having a picnic in September. I'm really looking forward to meeting other families adopting from Guatemala!

I belong to the Pittsburgh Yahoo group too! Is anyone going on the Gateway Clipper later this month?

We may go, but I am not totally sure yet. It is on a Friday, isn't it? We are still in process, but would love to go.

Great to see so many Pittsburghers on here! I just joined the Yahoo group, but we are not going on the Clipper outing. Have you all heard of PENNATAF? It also seems really great.

Hey Yunz Guyz...we are just outside of Pittsburgh. I can't wait to bring Gabbie home so we can go to some of these events.
We visited Gabbie during the Superbowl. We watched it with Gabbie in Guatemala!!

We aren't doing the Clipper event - we just joined the yahoo group and already had plans. But we are going to the picnic.

What is PENNATAF?

Guess we are all contributing to Pgh being more culturally diverse
