Visit trip question- Marriott Aug 2-5
Hey I have a few questions for my visit trip. I have booked my flight but not the hotel. I want to stay at the Marriott so my question is should I call there to book or just book over the internet? I mean if I call is there an adoption discount? Also is anyone going to be there at that time?

Hi Jennifer -
I booked through the internet - they have some discounts listed there. I'm not aware of an adoption discount, but we did get one through AAA. We'll be there from 8/3-8/6 on our first visit with our 8 month (soon to be 9 month) old daughter! Good luck!

Hello!
We have stayed at the Marriott several times when visiting. I always book mine by calling the 1-800 number listed on the internet. When making reservations, ask for the adoption rate. You should be quoted about $90 a night. The Marriott will not disappoint you! Have a great trip! Meridith

Hi Jennifer -- I'll be there 9 - 15 Aug. So we'll just miss each other. Bummer!
I called the Marriott's 800 reservation number. I didn't use the adoption rate since I qualify for their Military/Government rate, which is $86.00 per day. Remember to reserve a crib for your room. Have a fantastic visit trip!

Thanks for the information ladies. I have it booked now for $90 a night. So now I just need to meet some of you there...anyone else visiting Aug 2-5 staying in the Marriott? I am so excited I get to hold my baby girl!!!!

Oh good....just wanted to make sure you got the adoption discount. We are going over Labor Day and ours is also $0 a day where in the internet is was quoting us at 120 a day. Big difference when you are staying 5 nights like we are.
