Thank you to everyone here for all your support when I need it. I did not even bring it up to my DH, he would think I am crazy. I have made an appointment for a massage tomorrow then I am going to go out to dinner. I tell myself everyday that I am not going to think about getting "the call", but I think about it when I get up to go to the bathroom at 3 in the morning. I will try to get an update for everyone on PGN when she calls.....

You might as well decide to not breathe for the day! Not realistic. But maybe you can relax a little with the massage and dinner. I actually found myself looking forward to the weekend because I was not expecting anything.

I was blessed with a pre-planned 2 week cruise along the danube during part of my wait. ( but even that did not keep me from thinking about it.)

Enjoy the massage and do not be so hard on yourself. You are not crazy... just going though an adoption. We understand. ( others may not but we do!)

Be gentle with yourself.

I am so glad you are feeling a little better and giving yourself some papmpering....God knows only too well how much we PGN 'waiters' need that at times.
No-one on this list thinks you're crazy....you just have what we've got....'pre-adoption stress syndrome'!! And there is nothing wrong with praying for an 'out 'whilst in the toilet at 3 am either.....at least that's what I'm telling myself!
