how long from PA to PGN?

How long does it usually take to get in PGN after you get PA?
What is involved to get in with a PA?

As far as length of time, it depends. I am sorry there is not a clear answer...some will tell you a few days, but I have noticed that some are in PGN without PA, some go in the next day, look at my timeline....it took us weeks. Good luck...I hope your IN soon!

Our agency would not submit us into PGN without PA. We received PA on a Wed. and were in PGN the following Monday.

Good luck!

Once you have PA and are out of Family Court, you an enter PGN. It usually only takes a couple of days.

I think it all depends on how fast your case is translated. We got PA on 6/19 and are still waiting to get into PGN; we have been told we are going into PGN on Monday. We were told our attorney was on vacation last week, so that may also account for the delay.

After you get PA from the US Embassy (and you are out of Family Court, which is part of the Guatemalan side process, not the US process) you are eligible to be submitted to PGN. We were told the case has to be translated before it goes into PGN. Seems like everyone has a different timeline after they get PA to go into PGN.

It can vary greatly on how long it takes doucments to get translated. Our lawyer gets the paperwork into PGN within 48 hrs if FC is already done.

We were submitted to the PGN within 48 hours of pre-approval. We had finished FC way before then.
